A process is disclosed for continuously synthesising biodiesel from microalgae oil by transesterification with supercritical methanol, wherein biodiesel is synthesised in a single transesterification step in a continuous operation reactor, this process being suitable for being carried out on an industrial scale, since it can provide a continuous stream of biodiesel.
