病原微生物检测技术进展

摘要

There are many kinds of microorganisms whose variations are very fast. Technologies of rapid detection of pathogens develop continuously. These methods include direct smear microscope, isolation and culture, biochemical reactions, serological reaction, nucleic acid hybridization,gene chip,polymerase chain reaction and so on. This paper reviewed the progresses of these detection technologies.%病原微生物种类繁多,变异迅速,快速鉴定病原微生物的检验技术也在不断发展前进着.目前,应用比较广泛的病原微生物检测方法主要有直接涂片镜检、分离培养、生化反应、血清学反应、核酸分子杂交、基因芯片、多聚酶链反应等,该文对这些检测技术进展做一综述.
