21st-Century Teachers' Quality and Its Requirements

New century asks teachers to have higher quality. New century teachers must have the following basic qualities which were necessary because teaching profession in the 21st century has its new importance. New century teachers must strengthen their professional conviction, be well cultured in literature, and have higher ability to analyze and solve problems. To improve teachers' quality, educators should do the following essential jobs: to set up the idea of learning all one's life, to examine oneself frequently in the educational practice, to enhance teachers' training, to formulate teachers' quality regulations, to draw up a teaching appreciating system, to lay out a competition mechanism, ect..
