The harmonious management thinking is a new concept of human resources management (HRM).In the harmonious management of human resource (HR) elements, the symbol of harmony idea manifests in the harmony of individual and organizational, between the individual and outside the organization.The core spirit of harmonious management in HRM is respecting the person's value realization to stimulate the cohesive force of enterprise system.And regard the interest integration as the basic means, flexible management as the way, organizational justice as the important guarantee.
