An evaluation and selection methodology of microcomputer training software: Implications for human resource managers and computer personnel

This paper illustrates the selection of Microcomputer Training Software (TS). A recommendation report ranks the TS in descending order of their correlations to user needs. Implications for human resources directors and computer personnel managers are discussed.
