PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a personnel training institution to be more appropriately evaluated.;SOLUTION: A personnel training ability evaluation support device 20 includes: a result information collection part 26 for collecting result information showing training results about personnel from terminals 14 of respective personnel training institutions; a result information storage part 23 for storing the result information collected by the result information collection part 26 from the institution every personnel training institution; an evaluation information storage part 22 for storing evaluation values of the training results shown by the result information for every result information; a total evaluation information creation part 28 which refers to the evaluation information storage part 22 and the result information storage part 23, totals evaluation values of the training results of the institution and calculates a total evaluation value for every personnel training institution, and creates total evaluation information associating the total evaluation value with the personnel training institution; and a transmission part 30 for transmitting the total evaluation information created by the total evaluation information creation part 28 to a terminal of an evaluation institution that evaluates personnel training abilities of the respective personnel training institutions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
