After the financial crisis, the market competition growing prompted the government and enterprise pay more and more attention to customer satisfaction.On the basis of literature review,this paper summarized the concept of customer satisfaction and its influencing factors, and then reviewed the previous literature about customer satisfaction theoretical models and the applied research of domestic customer satisfaction, finally forecasted the future of the development of the research direction from the perspective of dynamic customer satisfaction.
