This article briefly discusses the current situation and significance of the cultivation of amateur basketball reserve talents in colleges and universities, and discusses the specific implementation methods and measures, and makes an in-depth discussion on the detailed implementation method and measure in combination with the problems in collaborative innovation based cultivation of such talents, in order to reach a good talents cultivation effect.
