摘要

We present the exact analytical solutions of cubic-quintic nonlinear Schrodinger equation with localized gain. We have demonstrated that the bright and dark solitons exist for the repulsive cubic and attractive quintic nonlinearity. These solutions have been obtained for those values of parameters which support the formation of solitons in Yttrium iron garnet thin films. Our results may be useful to understand the nonlinear pulse excitations in thin films.
