Improved design of portable cups with fuzzy QFD

摘要

In this paper, it is about the research of portable cups. We ascertain the needs of the students by questionnaires. We propose the improvement of the recommendations of cups through the use of QFD (Quality Function Development) method to obtain customers' needs and technical requirements. In this paper, we use FAHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to calculate the weight of customer needs to ensure the reliability of customer, and then, through a comprehensive evaluation to determine customer needs and technical needs of the fuzzy relation matrix, and make it standardization. Then, we can obtain the technical characteristic values by calculating. Finally, we make recommendations to improve the design of portable cup through the results of analysis.
