Aiming at the present shortcomings of major medical health information service platform, A Mashup technology to medical and health information service has been proposed in the paper. The open mobile health information service platform based on the Mashup has been researched and designed to collect, process, and integrate the multiple sources of medical health information which scatters on some famous medical health information web sites and the correlated application systems. And it can recommend the individualized information through smart phones and other mobile terminal, according to the user's location information and facts.
