The deployment of wireless mobile telecommunication technology has encouraged various applications in transportation system, logistics, healthcare, and others. Amongst these applications, healthcare can be considered as the most prominent application to be developed to save more lives. In many occasions, human lives are lost due to time wasted in between for the ambulance to reach the patients, the delay in terms of arrangement to send appropriate medical officers to attend to the patients in the medical centers, the severity or the state of danger of the patients are not clearly informed. Hence, all these delays put the lives of patient into jeopardy. To seek better understanding and allow continuity observation of patients' condition, wireless telecommunication technology can be deployed to meet these needs.
