Research on the synergistic evaluation index system and method of the collection and distribution system of heavy-haul railway

摘要

This paper researched the evaluation indexes system which could objectively and exactly appraise the synergistic performance of the collection and distribution system of heavy-haul railways. The paper presented an idea of construction of the synergistic index system and the content of evaluation. The synergy indexes of the three subsystems of collection, distribution, and transportation were divided into four types - fixed facilities, mobile equipments, human resources, and operating technology. Indexes of each type were selected from quantity indicators and quality indicators. The evaluation methods of the synergistic system were studied. The results showed that the efficacy coefficient evaluation method and the membership function coordination judgment method were fit for the evaluation of synergy degree of the collection and distribution system of heavy-haul railway.
