The research of model building on the equity incentive credit in China's listed companies

摘要

Taking the empirical analysis of 52 listed companies, this paper discovers the linear relationship that the equity incentive degree increases with the promotion of company's growth opportunities and scale; and its relationships with asset and liability ratio of corporate capital structure and net assets yield of the company earnings power are negative; the stock ownership incentive credit in private enterprise is higher than that in state-owned enterprises. Further, the incentive systems need a further improvement.
