Pretreatment of container board automatic production line optimization design

摘要

Pretreatment process of steel is one important part of the container manufacturing, there are a lot of abuse in the traditional container manufacturing. Therefore, it is the important means and also the inexorable trend to look up one efficient production line which can reduce material handling cost and the labor intensity of workers, besides improving production efficiency and saving labor costs. On the basis of the existing equipment, optimize the spray paint equipment, using the technology of the intelligent control and fault monitoring, designing one efficient production line which can achieve producting modularity and operating flexibility. It will make important significance of social promotion and use value to improve the extensive using in automatic production line in the mechanical manufacturing industry, and also make new contributions to China's container equipment market and modernization.
