The effect of granules with different spin polarization on the tunneling magneto-dielectric (TMD) properties in granular nanocomposites, to date, has not been reported yet. In this study, we have found that the addition of Co has produced enhanced TMD responses in (Co-Fe)-(Mg-F) granular films due to the high spin polarization values (PT = 0.44) of CoFe than that of Co (PT = 0.34) and Fe (PT = 0.4).
