Criminal Liability in the Area of Mobile Cultural Patrimony in Light of the New Criminal Law

摘要

This paper presents the modifications and additions brought to the criminal provisions contained in the regulations regarding the protection of cultural patrimony, by the entry into force of the new Criminal Code and Law no.187/2012 for the implementation of the law no. 286/2009 on the Criminal Code.
