Improving University Administration Under the Perspective of Tacit Knowledge Management

Administrative management is a key component of universities' daily operation. It is the foundation of ensuring the successful operation of research and education. With the advent of knowledge based economy, universities are increasingly faced with challenges, especially in elevating the overall quality of education and building a harmonic campus environment. This research explores the deficiencies in university administration from the perspective of tacit knowledge management, and presents some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the administration in universities.
