This article is focused on the comparison of rheological properties of Portland cement, natural hydraulic lime, gypsum and lime hydrate. These rheological properties are determined on the basis of data obtained from a rheometer with a ball measuring system in order to derive their basic rheological parameters. These data were approximated further by appropriate models that describe a specific type of material behavior. A pseudoplastic model was used to describe Portland cement behavior, Bingham model was used for gypsum and lime hydrate behavior and Herschel-Bulkley model was selected for natural hydraulic lime. These models further determined the main parameters such as viscosity and yield stress.
