The numerical model of the interaction between the sporting rifle bullet and the barrel was established to study the vibration rule of the muzzle, which is influenced by the change of tube structure parameters and bullet weight deviation. In order to obtain powder impetus and provide accurate payload data for the model, the bore pressure measurement experiment was conducted using the pressure test system. The muzzle vibration rule at the vertical direction during the launching process was captured using high-speed photography equipment, and the correctness of model is verified by comparing measured data and numerical results. The establishment of the numerical model provides a theoretical basis for researching the effect of parameters on muzzle vibration and numerically predicted results have a certain significance to engineering practices.
