In the process of an automatic injection system was carried out on the grass carp fish vaccine injection, according to the features of fish, the key to the injection positioning is that fishes automatically adjust to a state which the dorsal fin upward and head forward. In this paper, basic dimensions, weight, center of gravity and other physical features of the fish larvae were measured, and concluded the regularities as the center of gravity was close to the fish head and abdomen, etc. According tothe shape of the dorsal fin and abdomen, the different features such as roughness and hardness, fish side vertical flip mechanism was designed. Through the experiments, the size, angle and other important parameters of the mechanism were researched andoptimized. And a turning institution was designed, and the bottom tilt angle 9 is 40°, the side tilt angle or is 75°, the side elevation angle B is 70°. The turning institution will make sure that fish larvae will be automatically and correctly positioned, and be continuously vaccinated.
