This paper describes a new way to solve the garbage siege problem. There are two main parts involved in this process. The first part is the preparatory work that has three steps. It details the way to design the garbage size and code number, and how to clean and distinguish the home kitchen waste. In the second part, it introduces the process of how to mark and enter the information, and pay or earn the money online in detail. This method is a new way in 020 mode to help citizens and government to manage the home kitchen waste and reduce the impact on the environment.
