Interdisciplinary research is a knowledge innovation process with purposefully integration of knowledge and modes of thinking. Comprehensive analysis the influence factors of knowledge innovation's ability inside interdisciplinary research team, further coordination, evaluation and control, is conducive to successful achievement knowledge innovation. Based on the structure analysis of interdisciplinary research system, the paper classified the influence factors into three categories, knowledge factors, personality factors and management factors. Finally, the mechanisms of influence factors are discussed in this paper.
