The Initial Exploration of Strategy about the New Urban District Development and Construction with the Concept of Low Impact Development --with the Example of Hujia New District, Panshan County, Liaoning Province

With the rapid development of economy and the speedy process of urbanization, many new districts have been developed to meet the needs of urban development. However, for pursing the speed of construction and economic effectiveness, the effectiveness of ecological environment were ignored, which led to the result that the environment of original ecology and natural resources were damaged and shocked severely in the process of new urban district development and construction. As the philosophy of development which emphasizes natural coexistence, Low Impact Development is the reflection to achieve sustainable development, green city, and ecological city. With the development of the principle of Low Impact Development and the example of Hujia new district, this paper will study the strategies about ecology, economy, and traffic of new urban construction with the principle.
