摘要

A connectivity between ferromagnetism and electrical conductivity is shown the in nanocrystalline Zn_(0.95)Mn_(0.05)O samples with grain size in the range 30 - 75 nm. Ferromagnetism is explained in terms of disorder induced spin order at the core-shell interfaces of nano grains. Conductivity study indicated carrier mediated ferromagnetism and a linear correlation can be established between magnetic moment and conductivity in the present Mn doped ZnO samples.
