摘要

Holography is a very powerful technology for high density and fast transfer rate data storage. Many research groups have made efforts to realize useful materials for high performance holographic gratings. Organic-inorganic hybrid materials in optoelectronic devices have been extensively studied as waveguide materials, optical coatings, nonlinear optical materials, and photochromic materials. In previous work, we have found that siloxane component is very effective in fabrication of holographic gratings of high performance. In this research, siloxane moiety was used to design the holographic recording materials.
