Cohomology Rings of Oriented Seifert Manifolds with mod ps Coefficients

This paper discusses the cohomology rings of the orientable Seifert manifolds with Z/p~c coefficients, where s is the maximal p-valuation of the Seifert invariants and c < a. The primary motivation for this work lies in its application to the classification of isomorphism classes of linking forms of closed, connected, oriented 3-manifolds and to abelian WRT-type invariants.
