A program 'SlagVis' has been developed to simulate the liquidus temperature, phase compositions and viscosities of ZnO-CaO-SiO{sub}2-Al{sub}2O{sub}3-'FeO' slag, such as Imperial Smelting Furnace (ISF) slag and lead blast furnace slag, combined with F*A*C*T slag database and the mathematical model of slag viscosities based on a modified Urbain formalism. The modeling results have been validated by a number of measurements. The effects of slag compositions on viscosities of ISF slag and lead blast furnace slag have been simulated and discussed.
