Recent successful evolution of nano-technologies has realized detailed study of quantum mesoscopic phenomena and those applications to novel devices. Artificial nano-fabrication techniques (e.g., nanolithography and nanoetching) are the main stream among them. In contrast, nanostructures realized by non-artificial methods, self-organization, has still attracted much attention in some cases. In this talk, we present nanostructures fabricated by "nano-porous Alumina membranes (NPAM)", one of the typical self-organized nanostructures, and novel quantum mesoscopic phenomena observed in it.
