Instantaneous gas flowmeter using thermo-pile type micro flow-rate sensor

摘要

The instantaneous gas flowmeter using the thermo-pile micro flow-rate sensor has been developed. The fluid path of the meter consists of a straightening vane and meshes to avoid turbulent flow. As the thermo-pile sensor does not heat up itself, this sensor is operative continuously to measure pulsating flow in the plumbing.
