The principle of ice cream bar freezing and conveying for Model XBZ1 Disk Ice Cream Bar Producting Line is described, and then the relation between the radial clearance between adjacent die boxes on the die disk and ice cream bar freezing andconveying, and packing is very difficult to nonstandard equipments is concerned, a design conception is presented that in case of being unable to ensure a die box to correspond to a link joint, ensure a group of die boxes to correspond to a group of linkjoints first, then adjust link joints to ensure a ice cream bar to correspond to a link joint, and the technically troublesome problem with nonstandard ice cream bar freezing and conveying is broken through. The design conception is of great importance to the production line and other similar nonstandard problems.
