Task Force 4: Extension Organization, Planning, and Management

摘要

The task assigned to this group was to recommend measures to enhance the efficiency and productivity of national extension services in their organization, management, and financing. We recognize that modes of financing national extension systems, as well as the organizational and management structures of these systems, are to a large extent influenced by systems of national government. The recommendations that follow were thus developed with attention to the major types of governments among the countries represented at the workshop.
