In the new context of globalization, in terms of understanding the power of human resources, we consider very important to put into debate the impact of ethnocentric and geocentric approaches in human resources management. In this context our papert tries to put together/match two different worlds: introverted and extroverted, namely organizational members' beliefs (Jungian archetype) as a potentially malleable target of managerial intervention in the background of the different Western and Eastern European Cultures. We consider here the Jungian archetypes as a vehicle for understanding organizational beliefs, while the promotion of values means the practices and procedures used to increase value-related awareness and action.
