Human IgA-specific Peptide from Random Peptide Library: Its Application for IgA Affinity Purification

IgA binding peptide was isolated from random peptide library. This peptide is disulfide-constrained and composed of only 16 amino acids. We preliminarily tested the potential of this peptide for IgA affinity purification. The results indicated that this peptide can be useful as a specific ligand for IgA purification
