摘要

We have demonstrated the mimotope, B6-C15 of Aβ42 fibril-specific human single chain antibody (scFv) with the blocking ability against Aβ42 fibrillation. The synthetic peptide of B6-C15 conjugated with TAT at N-terminus (TAT-B6-C15) also inhibited Aβ42 fibrillation by binding to Aβ42 prefibril conformer. In this paper, we showed the binding activity of TAT-B6-C15 to Aβ42 plaques using brain section of Alzheimer 'z model mouse, J20.
