摘要

The proposed column-switching method offers both the sensitivity and selectivity required to detect 1-OHP, 3-OHBaP and 3-OHBaA concentrations in human urine samples. Urinary metabolite concentrations in smoker were approximately 2 times higher compared with those in nonsmokers for 1-OHP and a slightly higher for 3-OHBaP and 3-OHBaA. Urinary 3-OHBaP levels show a significant correlation with BaP yield in smoke under ISO smoking condition and a slightly relation to BaP yields under Canadian Intense smoking method. Urinary 3-OHBaP was also slightly correlated to the nicotine metabolite continine and 1-OHP. Urinary 1-OHP can be used as the useful biomarker for biomonitoring the smoke BaP exposure.
