摘要

1. HCC1599 is a suspension cell line. HCC1937 is partially adherant, floats in high cell density. All others are adherant. (Figure 1). 2. PCA shows that MCF7 is the most different. 3. MCF7 has an order of magnitude higher KRT8 & KRT18 expression than the basal-like cell lines in the PCA plot. 4. In the PCA plot KRT19 is highly expressed in HCC1599 and MDA-MB-468. 5. HCC70 and HCC1143 are similar (Figure 2). 6. Genes involved in TCA cycle are enriched in HCC1599 and HCC70 (Table 1). 7. Genes involved in RNA splicing are enriched in MDA -MB-468 and HCC1599 (Table 1). 8. Notch signalling is common to HCC1599 and MCF7 (Table 2).
