摘要

Unnatural amino acids are useful building blocks in drug discovery efforts because they can provide interactions with receptors or enzymes that are not possible with the 20 coded amino acids. Among structural units that mimic pharmacophoric functional groups, the acidic 5-tetrazolyl group is widely used in medicinal chemistry. There is now a large number of tetrazole compounds reported specifically for biological activity. In this work we present synthesis of oxytocin analogues containing tetrazolyl derivatives of amino acids.
