摘要

PLIMSTEX provides site-specific reporter peptides with distinct behavior upon binding. Both binding affinity and binding order can be determined using PLIMSTEX albeit results for co-operative sites need to be addressed. Modified strategy shown on the right will be used to re-calculate binding affinities and the order of binding. Future: effect of ligand off rates will be investigated using FPOP strategy and other complex binding interactions will be tested.
