摘要

We have identified 28 tomato proteins using WiSIM-DIA whose expression levels differed by 2-fold or more between cd2 and WT M82, 85% of which were less abundant in cd2 pericarp. Some of the differential proteins identified were associated with cuticle biosynthesis, cell wall biology and anthocyanin biosynthesis. Similar processes were identified by RNA-Seq in response to the CD2 mutation.
