1. Roridin L2, satratoxin G, satratoxin H and iso-satratoxin F could be analyzed by ESI positive mode. 2. The relative mass error for accurate-mass measurements of the protonated molecular ions were all between -1.54 to 3.34 ppm. 3. LODs of all MTRs by LC-MS/MS and LC/TOF-MS were in the range from 0.04 to 0.15 and from 0.6 to 3.0 ng/mL. 4. For linearity, r~(2) of all MTRs were over 0.999. 5. Roridin L2, satratoxin G, satratoxin H and Iso-satratoxin F were detected in the spore of Stachybotrys chartarum and calculated amount ranges from 63 ton 116 ng/10~(6).
