摘要

A new effective numerical tool for investigation of power electronic circuits is developed. It is a universal PEEC model of an arbitrary interconnection system incorporated in the circuit simulator SIMPLORER~(TM) as an external module. This approach allows to analyze the influence of interconnections on transients in switching power electronic networks by numerical modeling with the help of SIMPLORER~(TM) code. This approach is of interest for the EMC analysis and design in power electronics as well. The full bridge inverter built with MOSFETs is used for experimental verification of the numerical results. The results measured in the time domain show a good agreement with the simulation.
