Mass Transfer Research of Supercritical Extraction of Botanical Seed Oil

The supercritical extraction of seed oil belongs to a great application of supercritical extraction technique which is been applying widely now. Many articles have reported the research of extraction of seed oil with supercritical fluid, but only a few expressed their mass transfer research work or results in these extraction processes. This article includes a comprehensive view of the mass transfer research in supercritical extraction of seed oil in recent years. And three main mass transfer models have been discussed.
