In this paper different architectures to perform high-frequency analog-to-digital conversion for applications in telecommunication will be presented. The converters operate with sampling frequencies between 30 MHz and 80 MHz, signal frequencies between 10 MHz and 50 MHz and signal bandwidths between 9 kHz and 6 MHz. Resolution of the CMOS converters is between 10 and 12 bit with spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) up to 85 dB.
