Japanese Experiences in Human Resources Development in Nuclear Fields and Proposal on Procedure fo the 1st Seminar

摘要

In the development of social and technical infrastructure and human resources development in nuclear fields, excellent human resources are necessary, since strong social system to fulfil the governmental responsibility for promotion of nuclear technology and protection of public from nuclear damage have to be constructed. It is mainly requested to top leaders. The seminar on human resources development as an international cooperation is expected to provide good occasion for participants to think about general strategy on the human resources development.
