摘要

The article presents investigation results of the phase composition of powder zirconium oxides with oxides : Y2O3 , La2O3 and CeO2 . An influence of the modification on the structure and phase composition of some zirconium oxides with additions of modifying oxides 3 - 12 wt % was determined. They are applied to form thermal barrier coatings on engine elements working in high temperature. Parameters of plasma spraying of composite powders were chosen experimentally. After the thermal spraying the phase composition of the obtained coatings was determined. Changes in the crystalline lattice of zirconium oxides as result of high temperature influence of argon - hydrogen plasma were confirmed. It has been found that modification with zirconium oxides do not stabilise fully the crystallographic structure of coatings.
