摘要

Semiconductor CU2ZnSnSe4 nanocrystals were synthesized by the polyol approach. With the help of X-ray diffraction methods and transmission electron microscopy, its chemical composition, some morphological and structural properties were studied. Nanoparticles synthesized under optimal conditions were applied to create nano inks to print absorber layers of solar cells using 2D and 3D printers.
