Empirical Study on the Construction of a Unified Information System with Big Data Analysis: A Case of Social Work Organizations and Civil Affairs Departments

Informationization has entered the era of big data; the existing information platform is difficult to assume the task of information gathering and analysis. For this reason, we build an information system for social institutions and civil sector based on virtual cloud platform. With the secondary development based on browser/server architecture, typical subsystems are developed, such as traditional news release subsystem, social service processing subsystem; as well as website application subsystem that ensures that institutional and government users can quickly deploy systems and share data seamlessly; further, big data mining subsystem can do huge information analysis. After summarizing the system building process, instructive conclusions and policy recommendations are given.
