Interest in magnetic nanoparticles has increased in the past few years by their potential for possible applications in ultrahigh-density recording, high frequency devices and so on. For such applications, controllability of superparamagnetic limit of nanoparticles gives rise as the key issue. Exchange bias coupling induced at the interface between ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AFM) phases could provide an extra source of anisotropy, leading to an artificial control of magnetization stability.
