Base on FPCB high-precision laser cutting machine equipment r&d practice, Taking into account the FPCB fixture-free, easy deformation characteristics and optical path precision requirements, the paper Introduced the technical difficulties and key technologies about laser cutting machine control system software development. The design of control system and key algorithm about FPCB laser cutting software is given, which achieve the high quality of the workpiece cutting by the coordination of the worktable, galvanometer and laser control. Based on computer vision technology, the system capture the image of the workpiece with reference mark hole by CCD, compute the actual location and the actual deformation of FPCB board, achieve the PCB image positioning and auxiliary servo using Canny operator and Hough algorithm. The geometric distortion compensation of dual galvanometer scanning system and the deformation correction of PCB workpiece is solved by software method
